Why i am a wedding photographer

Weddings are real. They are messy, beautiful, chaotic, emotional — and completely unique to the people at the heart of them. That is what draws me in. No two weddings are the same. No two people love in exactly the same way. I am here for the quiet glances, the loud belly laughs, the nerves, the joy, and everything in between. I do not want to manufacture moments. I want to catch them — just as they are.

Photography is not just my job. It is how I connect, observe, and create. Weddings give me the chance to tell human stories with honesty and heart, and that never gets old. And let’s be honest — being trusted to document one of the most important days in someone’s life? That is something I will never take lightly!

A CREATIVE APPROACH

I provide wedding photography for couples who want their big day captured by a photographer who is relaxed, has a documentary style, unobtrusive and creative approach to their work.

YOU WON’T EVEN KNOW I AM THERE

My approach to wedding photography is to blend in having loads of fun with your guests, and to also have a ‘stealth’ approach to taking photographs so you don’t even know I am capturing images for most of the day!

MAKING TIME FOR YOU

I also make sure that all my couples have quality photography time away from everyone else for a moment. We spend 20 – 30 minutes around the grounds of your venue, taking photos in relaxed and creative ways. This time is so special and lots of my couples say this is a lovely time for them to spend alone, as usually this is the only time they get.
